Visited Bensons which was 3rd bed shop of the day. Got a good offer on an ex display bed, called following day and purchased, plus collected few days later. Decent salesman and good overall experience.

Extremely helpful staff in Great Western Road and Paisley shop.
Ended up booking online because I was given an extra 5% discount code that could not be applied in store.
Shame, because I prefer dealing in person rather online, especially when spending a lot of money.

The bed and mattress I chose are excellent!
However, the delivery arrangements were somewhat very awkward. Bensons delivered my purchases to their carrier but sent me e-mails to say I was number 6 on the delivery list. As I was away on holiday, I had to contact a neighbour to let the delivery take place into my house. It was only later in the day that I received an email advising delivery had been made however it wasn't to me but to their carrier... Why on earth was I emailed in to this causing a lot of distress in getting someone available to take delivery? I was told on buying the bed I would be contacted by the carrier in advance and they knew I would be away until after 16/11/23? Bensons in future, don't send e-mails to the customer when it's being delivered to a carrier!

Kevin was the assistant who looked after us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with his care he took during our purchase.
