Brilliant Product Knowledge.
Mike was friendly (but not pushy at all!) His knowledge of the beds was second to none and he was able to direct me to a number of mattresses to try laying on. I left feeling 100% sure of choosing the right bed for me.

Friendly, courteous and most professional throughout
We received an early call to alert us to the delivery team arriving. They introduced themselves, checked out the route to the bedroom, then picked up our old mattress, as arranged. Our new mattress arrived safely secured in its plastic cover. It was handled with care up the (rather tricky) stairs and into the bedroom.
The cover was removed, and we were advised on mattress care tips. Both Matty and Adam were friendly, courteous and most professional throughout... A real credit to Benson's for Beds. Thank you!

Mike was excellent from start to finish in the St Andrews Quay store in Hull. He wasn't a pushy salesman just very knowledgeable and offered help when we asked for it. He helped us to decide which was the best type of mattress to suit but our different needs. Thanks Mike, top guy!

Delivery of bed
The delivery was about a month late, luckily I arranged for Bensons to dismantle my old bed and take away. Other than that delivery time I was given a second time was on time. Matty and Adam were very good and assembled the bed in less than two hours. I’m very pleased with the bed and I also got emails on how to look after my mattress which I found helpful.

A very pleasant welcome on arrival and then ample time to peruse items we were interested in with no pushy sales talk. On both occasions we received attention when needed and clear information about our options. The store has excellent range of bedroom furniture and prices are very competitive. Great value for money. Well worth a visit.
