Assistant was very good
Assistant was very good, helpfully and what we felt would be a tedious job turned out to be very good.
Not happy with the delivery time of 5 weeks though. But appreciate suppliers problems etc. I'd definatley use Bensons again.

Love my new bed
I was looking for a new bed & came across Benson for beds when a family relative had bought 1 & lasted long time so I went onto the website & scrolled a lot lol before I found the 1 I loved & the customer service team had kept me updated from day 1 , the drivers were really friendly, courteous & had phoned to let me know when they'd be arriving. It was easy to assemble it either 1- 2 person needed . Everything was very well packaged & everything was there even a screwdriver which was very handy as I didn't have many. I have passed Benson for beds to all my friends & family & il be ordering another bed from them again in future. Thank you so much Benson for beds your the best & great value in prices too.

Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. Their customer service has been outstanding, from buying at the local store to the delivery team who arrived a few weeks later with our bed and new mattresses. Sometimes big companies can come up short on customer service, but Bensons have been great.

Our new bed is very comfortable, we ordered our bed from the showroom in Inverness & the staff were so helpful, when the bed was delivered the two guys Steven & Wullie were just so good & assembled our new bed in no time. To be honest the whole thing from placing the order to having the bed delivered was an excellent. 10/10

Very good customer service
The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. The delivery service was ahead of schedule with the lads informing us of this the day before. They delivered our mattress into the bedroom, unpacked and installed it then removed all the wrappings.

They delivered my bed bang on time and they kept me in the loop in regards to delivery, the guys even took my old beds downstairs for me, they went above and beyond their role. They even demonstrated how to assemble the lifting mechanism.

From purchasing the bed everything was very smooth. Having had a tv bed for years I knew what I wanted and the young man was very helpful. When the bed arrived the 2 delivery men were lovely they were quick and efficient at putting my bed together. I think they appreciated Having a nice empty space to work in. All in all everything was done very professionally.

Rhuaridh was very attentive and patient with us. The usual differences of opinion between husband and wife 🤣
He took his time explaining all the different types of mattress, and my wife was very impressed with his guidance re mattresses suitable for menopause! A serious consideration nowadays, and often overlooked.
We really appreciated his advice and will happily recommend in the future!
