Mattress
We were able to try a range of mattresses with no pressure. Delivery was when they said it would be and they took the old mattress away. The drivers were really helpful and placed the mattress on th bed and removed the packagings 👍

EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY
The staff were very knowledgeable without being pushy. The lady who spoke to us helped us to identify and clarify what we needed even though we had a rough idea what we wanted.
The quality of the products was there to see and feel and we enjoyed the experience.

Ruaridh in the Inverness showroom was great. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Delivery was exactly what it said on the tin and the guys who installed were extremely respectful of existing finishes and carpets.

Could not recommend enough! Love this store
I bought a bed here about 7 years ago and went back this last week to get another one as Im moving into a flat now. Elaine helped me choose a mattress perfect for my joints and was very informative and helpful. She also helped me choose a bed frame. Even had the same name as me, how could I not choose that!! She was so lovely and I think its the fastest i have fell in love with a bed. It met every need and she thought about everything. 10/10 recommend the service was phenomenal and felt so welcomed and cared for. Will be back again whenever i need another bed. Will be recomending to family and friends. Love Elaine!! P.s who the **** is Ellie 😂

Assistant was very good
Assistant was very good, helpfully and what we felt would be a tedious job turned out to be very good.
Not happy with the delivery time of 5 weeks though. But appreciate suppliers problems etc. I'd definatley use Bensons again.

Love my new bed
I was looking for a new bed & came across Benson for beds when a family relative had bought 1 & lasted long time so I went onto the website & scrolled a lot lol before I found the 1 I loved & the customer service team had kept me updated from day 1 , the drivers were really friendly, courteous & had phoned to let me know when they'd be arriving. It was easy to assemble it either 1- 2 person needed . Everything was very well packaged & everything was there even a screwdriver which was very handy as I didn't have many. I have passed Benson for beds to all my friends & family & il be ordering another bed from them again in future. Thank you so much Benson for beds your the best & great value in prices too.

Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. Their customer service has been outstanding, from buying at the local store to the delivery team who arrived a few weeks later with our bed and new mattresses. Sometimes big companies can come up short on customer service, but Bensons have been great.

Very good customer service
The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. The delivery service was ahead of schedule with the lads informing us of this the day before. They delivered our mattress into the bedroom, unpacked and installed it then removed all the wrappings.
