Good service but surprised that delivery charge was not on original quote

Experience in the shop could not have been better!
However, delivery date was moved twice, once for lack of availability and the second because they had left part of the order in Scotland! Purchased early January, delivery middle March!
The delivery team were polite and efficient, but after they left i found s large mark on the landing wall. This will paint out but I wish they had told me about it. The product is , however, very good.

Iby greeted us with a smile. He was courteous, well informed on his product knowledge and very patient with us as we made our choice of mattress.

Great Service and communication. Delivery was so smooth

From first stepping into the Keighley store and being greeted by Malika, we were sold on the fact we had chosen Bensons for Beds. We explained that both myself and my hubbie had back problems and required a suitable . What Malika didn't know about all the beds in the store you could write on a stamp. She was an absolute pleasure to discuss all the attributes of each bed with and the one she chose for us was absolutely the right decision for us. She is undoubtedly a credit to Bensons for Beds and even the fact she only works Friday, Saturday & Sunday is amazing as she is so knowledgeable. As I was with my daughter on the day I returned the next day with my husband so he could try the bed for himself. We were both sold on it and, once again, greeted welcomingly by Bibi, the Store Manager who was equally delightful to deal with. On both occasions we were not hassled or pushed at all, just guided with expert opinions.
Credit goes to both of them for fantastic Customer Service and we would not hesitate to recommend Bensons For Beds at Keighley. You will not be disappointed.
We not only purchased the most expensive mattress in the store, my hubbie also added a pillow to the order and after sleeping on the mattress for 2 nights haven't slept so well in a long time.
The delivery was in 4 days, brilliant, and the two delivery men, Nick and Steven were equally delightful and professional, bringing the mattress into our ground floor flat and taking the packaging from the mattress and taking that away, they also placed the mattress onto our bed base and gave advice to just let it settle for a while before dressing it. I offered them a cup of tea or coffee but they declined as they had more deliveries to make.
A truly great service all round.

There was plenty of communication prior to delivery and on the day they arrived on time and were very efficient and helpful.

Very helpful, didn't try to push anything else, our order was dealt with very quickly.

The staff at Bensons were very knowledgeable and didn't push us into buying the wrong bed. They made sure that the bed we chose was the right one for our needs and l would recommend them to anyone. The two guys who came to assemble the bed were very careful not to damage anything and performed it very professionally,especially Haris Ahmed.

Chris and James who made the delivery did a stellar job, called when they were delayed, wrapped their shoes with overshoes and placed the mattress on my son’s bed. They were friendly with brilliant customer service.
