My husband and I visited the Keighley store and dealt with Ruby. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We spent a good hour in the store and purchased our new bed following good recommendations.
It was an excellent experience and I would recommend this store.

Excellent Customer Service
We recently visited the Keighley store to purchase a new bed and mattress. The sales consultant Hadiqa was a pleasure to deal with. She had a friendly but professional manner and we left the store feeling happy with our purchase and the price we paid. We have since recommended the Keighley store to our family and friends because of the excellent customer service we received.

Excellent service in Keighley store
We visited the Keighley store twice and Hadiqa was extremely helpful on both occasions.
She demonstrated the different mattress options by using the SleepPro machine and showing us the various mattress types in the showroom.
We looked at various bed base options but settled on a Hi TV bed frame. We could have ordered online but went back to see Hadiqa the following day and she processed the order for us efficiently and arranged a delivery date to suit us.

The lady was very helpful
The lady was very helpful, she made choosing a mattress much easier. The tools the store have to help you understand what grade of mattress would be best suited to you are amazing. I was then shown what options the store had to suite me and think I found a prefect mattress.

The whole experience was top notch! Hadiqa was fantastic, really helpful and super lovely at the Keighley branch and the delivery team were really friendly, quick and efficient too!
