Our sleep expert was Sue and she made us very welcome and helped us select our mattress very quickly. She even had the item we wanted in stock in the warehouse. So we were able to take it away on the day.

Tina was fab!
Turned up at the Kendal store and got sorted with two beds in under half an hour. Amazing. Very well looked after by Tina who was fab, knowledgeable and super efficient. Really listened to what we needed and the speedy delivery was excellent when others can take weeks and weeks. Great service and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We created a problem for Bensons and they resolved it!
When the original bed was delivered, the Bensons team were unable to get it round and up a very narrow stair case. Not their fault- bad choice by us. They took it away and helped choose a bed that would fit which was delivered on time.

Clear, open, honest and useful information. No pressure.
We went to look at mattresses because we wanted a firmer one than we had. Sue showed us a very firm mattress which seemed fine but cost more than we wanted to pay. She then showed us 2 others that were in our price range, one of which was in the sale and that one suited us best. There was no pushy sales talk, she told us all the options and gave us prices upfront. We ended up buying a new divan base too but there was no pressure to do that.

pleasant experience
As soon as we arrived and asked Michael for advice he took us (4 people ) through the grading of mattresses and explained the different types of bed bases.
then he got each of us the try the test bed to physically show the different types of mattress and then showed us the different manufacturers mattresses that complied with the type we were after.
At that stage he let us roam the store and choose the mattress and bed frames we were most comfortable in.
he also went through the same process for choosing pillows,
We concluded with an order for two beds frames and mattresses plus a pillow.
AThe experience was friendly non pushy and pleasant

Was met with a lovely lady called Sue who explained the process of choosing the right mattress.
Sue then showed us lots of choice of mattress’s that met our needs and we drilled it down to two.
