Huge price differences
Huge price differences on their "best sellers" price. We bought a mattress from Bensons in Kettering and the lady who served us was vey nice and helpful. Our gripe is, about a month ago they had a so called promotion. Our mattress, we were told, is one of their best sellers. This promotion at one point offered 25% off everything. Our mattress was £100 dearer in this promotion, but we still paid £200 more when we bought. I understand companies have sales and promotions but we feel, if this is one of their best sellers, it should have been more realistically priced in the first place. Of course there are promotion codes, which do our heads in, and none of them were any good at the time. My advice, don't buy from them unless they have a sale or promotion ! We are not talking about a few pounds are we. Contacted Bensons and his reply did not cover any of my concerns, surprise surprise !!!

What a service from Bensons for Beds from start to finish.
Knowledgeable and friendly member of staff Martin at the Kettering store,that talked us through the different mattresses and our requirements. Before checking that he got the best deal for us.
Email updates all through the progress of our mattress place to update texts before a courtesy call from the driver providing our delivery time. Stivie and Richard the delivery men were lovely. Friendly and took great care in taking the mattress to the desired room even though it was a struggle.
Thank you is not enough to convey the level of service throughout. Would highly recommend this company

This is the second time I have bought from bensons for beds and I can’t fault their products at all. From walking into the store right through to delivery to my room of choice they were faultless. So much choice in store and the staff were very helpful and friendly letting me try everything so that I chose the right product for me. The bed arrived on the same day they said it would. Had to assemble it myself with the help of my husband. I must say the steps are easy to follow and the bed frame is stunning. I also liked the idea of having storage underneath.
