I knew what I needed so was pleased to be able to buy it. The only down side was that I have had to pay for delivery when I had the room in my car to put it in there.

Great experience today
Sales assistant Casey was very helpful, didn't force himself on us unlike the team at Dreams! Knowledgeable about the beds. Explained the service available and the warranties once I was close to choosing so I felt fully informed.

Delivery team were excellent 👌.
Although last week the delivery team was given the wrong mattress. As promised the correct mattress arrived today. The delivery team were friendly and efficient and arrived within the 2hr time slot.

Astounding
Astounding. I was in the shop less than 10 minutes. I needed a hybrid soft to medium mattress , to help me recover from a knee operation. Gemma showed me the stock , invoiced me and met me at the loading point with my purchase. Was like a drive thru !
Mattress is exactly what I needed , 2 nights of comfortable sleep so far ! Thank you !!

Really great experience visiting Lincoln Store. David was super helpful and provided the support I needed to buy the right bed frame that met my requirements. I couldn't recommend buying from Bensons enough. Big thanks to David!

Unfortunately I can't remember his name who helped us but he gave us all the time we needed and answered every question and did his very best to get us everything we wanted. Great service until delivery
Was great until the bed arrivef
Unfortunately the headed came damaged, after waiting a month for my bed I now have to wait another month for a replacement headboard. I’ve also discovered that the base with 4 draws is useless. 2 draws completely useless as headboard stops them from opening. Wish I hadn’t bothered doesn’t nearly £2500

Helpful staff
The sales assistant was very helpful, cheerful and efficient. We knew what we wanted when we went in and it was very easy to complete the purchase and book a delivery slot for a date convenient to us.
