Bensons For Beds - Llandudno226 Opiniones

I received good customer service and was allowed plenty of time to chose a bed although I took a long time to make my choice I felt valued and un hurried. I chose a bed and paid a deposit , but due to up coming surgery and a possible delivery date that was likely to clash with my recovery, I returned the following day to cancel until a later date The assistant was very helpful in arranging a full refund and made me feel comfortable about it

Craig, who we'd met earlier in the week when choosing our mattress was really helpful on both visits - very friendly, and a credit to your company. We were made to feel very welcome and never pressured as can sometimes be the way when shopping for such a purchase. Thank you.

I always use the Llandudno Branch. The staff are always very helpful and informative.

The quality of items very very high.

Mrs Julie Carr

We were asked if we needed help and she was so knowledgeable and helpful that we were glad she did offer her assistance. Not pushy, but really interested in how she could help us and what we think we were looking for.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Excellent choice of beds and a number of good offers. Phoned me to alert me to a new offer that saved me an additional £120.

Jamie was exceptional throughout the sakes process. Proved kniwledge if products and service and helped us making the right decision.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by Dawn, she asked me what I'm looking for and presented me with available options within my budget. Dawn was very friendly and helpful, guided me through everything. I ended up buying a double bed with a mattress at a reasonable price.

When we decided to look for a new mattress we could have just looked on line for the cheapest deal, but we went into Benson’s and the level of knowledge of the sales staff that we dealt with was excellent. Dawn Davies was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time and space to decide which mattress we wanted to buy based on our budget and the recommendation of having our sleeping positions analysed in store. Thanks for the 5 Star treatment, we are really looking forward to delivery on the next few weeks, well done Bensons!.

Great staff would recommend thankyou for being so helpful 😀

I bought a bed today from Bensons for beds in Llandudno North wales from a lovely Man named Jamie, he was an absolute gem, very kind, helpful and patient with my decisions, a special digital bed that shows different supports for back and pressure points best suited soft, medium firm and extra firm, on his advise and choice helped me to decide on the best for my chronic back conditions, give this man a raise! If anyone is looking into purchasing a new bed, just ask for Jamie, I am delighted in the service this young man provided. Well done and thankyou!
