All good in the end
When the bed was up for delivery they told me it had a defect but because it near to Christmas they would still deliver it so we had a bed to sleep on and replace after Christmas 👍🏻but when the new replacement came it was the wrong side so had to wait for a another one but we got there eventually.

Jeanette was very helpful with helping us find the rigjt mattress for us.
We also had lots of questions around the TV bed, which she was able to answer.

Perfect experience and fantastic staff
We visited the Loughborough store and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, welcoming smiles, and the team went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect bed & mattress. Every member of staff working on 31st January was amazing, especially helping keep our young daughter entertained! thank you all!

the visit to the shop in Loughbourgh was very pleasant and was helped by the assistant called Jeanette. She was not pushy and gave us a good choice of mattresses to choose from.

On the whole very helpful but did I detect a hint of prejudice in the manager's attitude. In the end we bought a satisfactory bed.
