Easy shop. We knew exactly what we wanted and the shop assistant found the items and priced them up straight away.

Fantastic communication
Fantastic communication, sometimes a bit too much. Very friendly staff, delivery was on time. We had a slight issue with our bed but that was sorted very quickly. Delivery guys were exceptional. All in all a fantastic experience.

Nipped into local store to try out different mattresses, staff were very helpful but came home & ordered online. All quick & easy & could even pay 0% so no brainer. Just waiting for mattress to arrive in a couple of weeks

Staff very welcoming
Staff very welcoming, especially Steve (a new member of staff), and helpful in deciding which type of mattress was most suitable and in fact their advice was more useful than the mattress simulator.

The shop assistant has the experience
The shop assistant has the experience, connects with the customer and knows what she is selling. She gave me enough info about the product and different options. I had the opportunity to test the product and ask for advice. I had a discount when I bought the product. Thank You very much.
