Amazing customer service at MK store
Popped into the Milton Keynes store today to try out matresses. Was helped by Ben who was fabulous. We have quite specific requirements and he was able to show us exactly what would work for us in our budget. He was incredibly patient and not at all pushy. Full of helpful information including getting us to try a mattress we would have discounted as it was firm rather than very firm which might be the mattress we end up buying. Excellent customer service. Highly reccomend.

We ordered an additional chest of…
We ordered an additional chest of drawers from Bensons for Beds to match our existing furniture from the same range, but unfortunately the colour is completely mismatched. The outer casing is off-white, while the drawer fronts are bright white, making it stand out and look out of place alongside the rest of our furniture.
I contacted Bensons for Beds about this issue but have received no response. Instead, I continue to receive emails asking me to leave a satisfaction review, which is frustrating given the lack of customer support.
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from Bensons for Beds.

Great Headboard
Great service from the time that we walked into the shop to the delivery of the headboard. We were kept well informed at every stage of the process. We are pleased with the headboard and happy that the grey shade of the fabric was the right choice.

Great service! We visited the store at Milton Keynes in June, Natalia explained everything we need to know clearly and help us to select right mattress and pillow. She also introduced UK brands to us.

Excellent service
The salesman was very knowledgeable but not pushy. I was impressed when he said there’s a coffee shop next door in Dunelm if you want to think about it. I bought a bed, pillows and mattress and very happy with my purchases. Delivery was good, date given in store with time slot a few days before. On day they rang me when next stop. Overshoes worn in my home and very respectful of property and carried the mattress and bed upstairs without issue. Took old mattress at cost without any issues.
Staff very helpful in store and delivery.
