Good choice of mattresses at competitive prices
The showroom had a wide range of options for mattresses and their prices were very competitive. The salesman was very good and helpful. The delivery date and time was accurate and the delivery team were very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant knowledgeable staff.
Staff were pleasant and didn’t hover which I liked. Had plenty of time to look and try out the beds. There was plenty of choice in the price bracket I wanted. When I was ready to purchase staff member was knowledgeable about the product.

When you get it wrong the first time
I bought 2 mattresses and picked 1 incorrectly. I had to switch my choice and am so happy for all the assistance and understanding. The new mattress is amazing. I absolutely love it. Can't wait to go to bed and float away!

Great experience every time
Very friendly staff, plenty of communication throughout the process and a very easy delivery experience. The mattress is the perfect match for my sleep needs and came with very clear care instructions. This was not my first purchase with Bensons for Beds and I have an equally positive experience each time. Highly recommend this company!

I recently moved in to a new flat and decided I’d go to Bensons for my bed. The manager at the New Malden store helped me that Sunday and took care of things right down to my delivery by 2 very efficient and fast individuals who’d set everything up. I’m now sleeping like a baby at night, very happy with my purchase and I can definitely recommend Bensons for Beds very highly. I know it’s not cheap but the quality and design is there and that’s the most important thing to consider. After all, a comfortable bed is an important part of your home and your home is your castle
