Friendly informative staff but none pushy

We were advised well by the store manager, and the purchase went smoothly.
My only comment and all stores are doing these days is the trying to sell insurance. For me insurance should be an included price.
You could of course sell insurance instead of offering 10% off a hypothetical price.

Thank you for your polite attention allowing us to try before we buy. Great selection to choose from.
