We were very impressed by the young salesman in store when we visited. He was very knowledgeable about the products, but at the same time we did not feel pressurised to buy.

My in-store experience was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. It's critical to try a mattress before you buy in my opinion and Benson's is one of the few places you can that.

Great service, and knowledgeable
Peter at the Northwich store was friendly and very patient. Giving us plenty of time to make up our minds, we never felt rushed. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for and he gave us a few options to try. I always use Bensons and they never fail to get it right. Thank you.

A few order teething problems but overall a great experience
A few teething problems during ordering, which were sorted out but overall a great experience and delighted with the product. We were kept informed at regular intervals from order to delivery and delivery was smooth and efficient. Just one bit of feedback- it would be useful if in store staff could deal with refunds, instead of having to contact customer services. An error was made on the initial order, where the discount wasn’t applied and it took a number of phone calls to both customer services and the store to resolve. After that, everything was perfect, and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Brandon was a charming advisor
Brandon was a charming, helpful and knowledgable young man who served me as I bought a sofa bed.
He was a good advisor as I decided which to buy and very efficient in the sales process.
