Mostly good experience
Very pleased with the help we had in-store with our mattress selection.
Less pleased when we got home to find we had been charged for insurance that we said was not required.Printer in store not working on the day so no printout of final bill.
Called the store to question bill,told I could have a refund but had to return mattress kit to store a round trip of 14 miles, so told him to let the bill stand.

Bensons colleague was very helpful
Bensons colleague was very helpful. I am about to move house but without date-do-move confirmed. I wanted to take advantage of the 25% discount that finished in a few days time. He suggested the various delivery possibilities in terms of when and where and even negotiated a flexibility in case the move fell through. Thank you

Unforeseen additional cost
The overall experience was very good. We were not pressurised in any way. The only blemish arising from this sale was that we opted to purchase a mattress cover and when we came to make the payment we found that an extra £10 had been added to the delivery cost on the invoice. This was not mentioned beforehand and when we queried this addition we were told that the delivery now constituted two items and not just the mattress. We know that this is a small error but it left a negative impression.

Wrong faulty bed delivered
Wrong faulty bed delivered. Ordered two mattresses with different firmness that zip together. Delivery was good and on time but one bed didn’t have zip to link together!!! Therefore could well slip on base. Had to leave this and reorder but have to wait over three weeks for replacement and wait again for delivery.
Very disappointing to get this wrong and no compensation offered for error and inconvenience.

Was kept upto date with the delivery of our new bed, called us 30 minutes before arrival on the day
Paul & Ian were excellent, delivered & erected the new bed plus disposed of the old bed and all of the packaging from the new bed.
Very pleased overall.

Lots of advice given to identify the correct mattress
Met on day one with Terry, who showed us many mattresses trying to identify which sort of mattress we were wanting. We got a bit confused so went away and came back a few days later with a clearer picture & saw Terry again. Tried the mattress we had in mind but then tried a couple more as suggested by Terry the previous time. This time we identified what we feel is the correct mattress & went ahead and purchased. Terry took us through the ordering process, was able to add in an offer to bring the price down & we are now awaiting our delivery date.

The salesman was very informative but not pushy. He spent a while showing what was what we wanted. He was a great salesman if he had pushed too hard we would gave walked away. Great selection of beds and mattresses. Very happy with our purchase and shopping experiences

Horrendous experience!
Horrendous experience!! We were promised a date of delivery which was delayed 5 times. Each time we have called we got ambiguous answers with no solutions. I was in my last trimester of my pregnancy and thanks to bensons I had nothing to sleep on for weeks with a newborn ,tears and all.
We kept on informing them of our situation but they cared less after months of time and energy spent,they told us “ we can take our business somewhere else “. As if I’ll find beds on same day delivery somewhere else
On the day of delivery of my order there was miscommunication amongst them and the company failed to inform their transport department to collect and this made the delivery person very unhappy and unpleasant. we had to again call customer service and get this sorted which took a good few hours! Overall very poor experience

Excellent customer service
On arrival at the store we were advised to ask for Decland for the purchase of the bed . Decland showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us information regarding different mattresses. He was very informative and assisted us with contacting us for assembly as well . Decland was approachable and gave excellent customer service.
