Gentleman (Kurtis was his name I think, I came in to store on Monday 14th April) who served me was very friendly and helpful. I work in a retail job and I appreciate when people are authentic and genuine. He even gave me a plastic bag as my shopping bag had split! Very happy with the service.

Best bed shop in the country!
I don’t think I will ever think of a better place than Oxford Bensons For Beds branch. This is my second time experiencing and purchasing a bed from them. Christelle helped me to choose the right mattress for me and the right frame that I was looking for. It ticked all the boxes for what I want. She was very clear and wasn’t pushy. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Thank you Christelle and Bensons For Beds for the amazing beds and friendly staff that you employ. Looking forward to the delivery on the 23rd April and having the best night sleep. Mr Beale.

We had an excellent experience everything was explained to us in detail why one mattress was better for us and we went back a few weeks later and ordered a divan bed set.Both sales staff went above and beyond being so helpful.
