The situation regards my searching
The situation regards my searching, and identifying a bed and base through the Benson's Store Manager in Oxford has been excellent. His patient listening, patient explaining - also taking into account my ND communication style - was a great help in helping me choose both base and mattress which took several months. I very much appreciated the detail and care he also took in laying out and explaining the quite complex financial arrangements taking into account the first bed and finally the second and much better choice of bed.
