Good prices, pleasant staff.

Was very well looked after, J was very informative and answered my questions, Was going to shop around but absolutely no need too.

We went to Benson’s in Botley, Oxford. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful. He was knowledgable about all your products and took time to explain everything to us. And he didn’t push us into making our decision. Very pleased indeed with the service.

There is always room for improvement albeit slight or marginal hence I never give full 5 stars

THe person who served us went above and beyond to help us make a choice and a good choice.

I went into both your Witney and Oxford branch. In both I was met by staff who were so helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. I am an elderly, disabled lady and trying beds was difficult, but the help I received was wonderful. Thank you so much, I look forward to Sleeping on my new bed.
