New Mattress!
In Store - We thoroughly enjoyed trying out the new mattresses as a family in store. Our rep kindly provided colouring pencils and pages to entertain our children whilst finalising the order. The process was quick and stress free. Thank you!
Delivery - The delivery team were outstanding with clear notice of delivery times, a courtesy phonecall ahead of delivery and they both went above and beyond to deliver it to our preferred location (despite our narrow staircase!)
Product - So far so good! If only our youngest didn’t like it so much.. 😅

From shop floor to delivery, then sleep. Superb service and even better quality! We were going to shop around but as soon as we laid on the bed we decided on, that was it 🤣 . My particular positive was the way our/your shop floor sales guy gave us enough space to wonder around un-hindered but was at the same time attentive when we glanced over in his direction. Superb, from shop floor to a fantastic sleep.. 👏🏾 Thank you 😁 Love our IGel 6000 bed.

Brilliant Bensons for Beds
Great service from browsing to delivery. Staff on hand to answer questions in store, easy ordering with great discounts applied including bluelight! Easy to change delivery date as this was necessary. Delivery was flawless. Love my new bed!

Excellent service. The rep was extremely knowledgeable about the bed and mattress we wanted. He also helped us to get the best price possible. The whole experience was quick and we were very well looked after. I would highly recommend

Very helpful in-store service
Very helpful in-store service, not too pushy and directing us to what we wanted and were looking for.
Paul and Glen who delivered our mattress arrived on time, communicated well and took away the old one managed to negotiate our heritage cottages confined spaces with good humour and care.
All in all a good experience

Service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Purchasing of bed & mattress was made so easy. The salesman was friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful.
When the bed frame was delivered it was built with minimal fuss and very quickly. The new mattress is outstanding and I have never slept better.

We visited the Plymouth branch twice…
We visited the Plymouth branch twice before making a final visit and decision, staff were all very happy, friendly and didn't push us for a sale. Going through our sale and delivery went easy and very pleasant, delivery guys called prior to delivery and took all three items to chosen room, which was much appreciated. We would recommend and us Bensons again, thank you.

Delivery was on time and the bed was assembled by the delivery team.
Bedside table was put in the bedroom and I told thy don’t unpack or assemble.
The electric motors on the ottoman went up perfectly but to get the mattress down you have to push on it. The store have arranged for a technician to call on Monday to hopefully sort out the issue.
That all said we are very pleased with the bed and how comfortable it is, Rachel in the store has been very helpful from the time we entered the store to helping answer any questions.
