What a great service! Everything was explained brilliantly, Julia was patient and understanding, I felt absolutely no pressure from her at all. The service has been seamless! The guys who assembled my bed were not only on time, but so polite, friendly and professional! Honestly can’t fault Bensons! I’m loving my new bed and I know where I’ll be going for a new one when that time comes!

Can't praise bensons beds enough. They made our choosing a new mattress easy from start to finish. Great advice in store. Excellent price. They kept us updated throughout. Delivery team brilliant They telephoned half hour before arriving, used overshoes when coming into the house, brought old mattress down took new mattress up via a challenging staircase without any damage. They were knowledgeable and courteous throughout.

Bought a new double bed for my daughter at the Redditch branch at the weekend. Julia gave us great advice and was really helpful. She encouraged trying out the mattresses and explained clearly the options for different bases, headboards and drawer arrangements. We haven't received the bed yet, but I would definitely recommend this store for a good customer experience when choosing a bed.

Great service at the ordering point. Bed not delivered yet so can’t comment on that although we do have a delivery date. Gill in the Redditch store was fantastic.
