Parking ticket !!!
All good - good price , hassle free delivery….but got a parking ticket at gallows corner store- the car park is only for up to 2 hours.
They sorted out cancelling the ticket- but worth knowing if you are shopping around

Good customer service
Good customer service, sales staff took time to go through various options with me and combining various offers got me a really good price. Original delivery date kept and I was given regular updates by email..

Terrible service and wont cancel credit agreement
In May 2022 I ordered a bed and 2 bedside cabinets from Bensons in Romford. I also signed up to make payment through a credit agreement. A bed was delivered but it was the wrong colour. Delivery of the replacement bed was continually delayed with the latest date being in December 2022. The 2 bedside cabinets were delivered but were so damaged that they were falling apart. I therefore cancelled my order and instructed Bensons to cancel the credit agreement. Bensons have clearly not cancelled the credit agreement as I am being hounded by the credit company, Creation Consumer Finance Limited, to make payments for goods I have never received. The latest was a threatening text message earlier today. Terrible service from both companies, beware.
