Scunthorpe
The team in Scunthorpe were particularly great. From the sale to delivery and follow up, totally 100% satisfied. Lloyd in the store was awesome, really I would recommend getting in contact with him if you need anything. Dave as well who went out of his way to come and help me with assembly, out of hours.

Customer x
Helpful staff. Limited choice of pocket sprung mattresses. Quite steep cost for delivery, £49 & mattress disposal £49 compared with other companies. Quite a long delivery time- 4 weeks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re really pleased to hear that you found our staff helpful, and we’ll make sure your positive comments are passed on to the team.
I’m sorry, however, that you felt the choice of pocket sprung mattresses was limited, and that our delivery and disposal charges seemed higher compared with other companies. I understand how important value for money is when making a purchase as significant as a new mattress, and I appreciate you highlighting this. We will feed your comments back to the relevant teams so we can review how we communicate our ranges and charges more clearly.
Thank you,
Megan at Customer Care

Choosing the bed was quite good
Choosing the bed was quite good. Staff member was knowledgable and helpful. The only issue I have is that you have to lay on a bed and pillow that many other strangers have done also. Maybe a bit of individual protection over the bed eg a paper sheet like you get over Doctors couches - changed between each customer - would have made it a 5 star experience.
