Sales team were brilliant especially David! The delivery experience was totally offered! Completely rushed the driver kept telling us they only had 15 mins for delivery and from arriving he decided the bed wouldn’t fit. He didn’t even try then rushed me to choose returning the bed which I couldn’t do as my old bed had gone, them trying to get the bed upstairs and possibly damaging it which would be my problem or leaving it for me to sort!!! My husband and I got the bases up no bother at all. I was rushed to make a decision and the driver practically ran out of the driveway once I signed to say leave it. The other man was more helpful but my bed was still sat at the bottom of the stairs!

The delivery guys were great. They gave really useful information on how to build my sons new bed and took it the the room of my choice. The bed is also very nice.

Matt the guy helping us went to every mattress type and gave us all the information to make the best choice. He was amazing at helping me find the right bed even with my back problems.

Truly amazing experience this afternoon at Bensons for beds in Scunthorpe. Lloyd was so honest, helpful a couldn't do enough for us.

The mattress delivered was nothing like the one in the shop. Changed to a different mattress the delivery was cancelled one hour before delivery. Tried to get a refund was told no so will lose nearly £1000 pound as I will have to go to dreams to get another mattress. The guy in the shop were very help full but not In Customer service I would not advise anyone to use Bensons for beds.
