The lady we spoke to was very nice and helpful.

We had been in before and mature lady helped us find exactly what we needed,we were waiting on a moving date so couldn't order them but came back and ordered.very happy with the choice we made .but very disappointed in the cost of the pillows after spending nearly £1400 on a mattress I would at least thought you'd get 2 pillows to go with it..

Staff were absolutely lovely, not too pushy, but very helpful. My mother couldn’t manage the stairs so they took us in the lift. They helped me find exactly what I wanted.
