Outstanding Customer Service – Akram at Southampton West Quay!
We visited Bensons for Beds at West Quay Retail Park in Southampton just to browse, with absolutely no intention of buying a bed that day!
However, thanks to Akram’s exceptional customer service, knowledge and professionalism, we ended up making a purchase.
He was incredibly friendly, patient and genuinely interested in understanding our needs. He took his time explaining everything, helping us find the perfect bed without making us feel pressured.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Akram is a real credit to Bensons for Beds, and I sincerely hope management recognises and appreciates what a valuable member of staff they have.
We came in just to browse and left as very happy customers, all thanks to Akram!
