not the bed we asked for but due to doing a telephone order it’s got lost in communication!! it’s a nice bed but not what i thought we were getting but it’s the bed on the order invoice
the delivery and assembly was amazing and the guys were very nice and fast and tidy!

A really pleasant experience
A really pleasant experience. Considering how spenny beds are our salesman made it a really interesting experience, almost entertaining. But of science in their too. Try the bed machine to see how you fit on different mattress pressures. Good experience all round.

Glad of the 40 night guarantee
Our first choice of mattress from Bensons was not suitable for us so we took up the 40 night guarantee offer and had it confirmed by email. We went to the store, chose a new mattress, which was delivered a few weeks later by two nice delivery men. Not quite happy having to pay 10% of the cost of our first mattress plus another delivery charge, but what was the alternative... Sleep on an uncomfortable mattress for years to come. Communication throughout very good.

Tracey, the lady we dealt with was extremely well informed and really helpful, but not overbearing with it either.
Put it this way. We had a budget off a grand and ended spending well over 2! So there was something done right, that's for sure. Haha.
All in all, I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds St Helens.

Very helpful staff, no hard sell and let you try the beds as many times as you needed even supplied a pillow. Delivered on date specified and to the room you wanted for a reasonable fee.
