Manager and all staff were extremeely helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about all beds stocked in the shop. We werent rushed and were able to take our time trying the beds until we had made our choice.
Would recommend this shop to everyone.

Lillana bed l
Lillana bed lovely just what I wanted. However the little feet on the frame have come off already from moving the bed. Delivery was also not easy as the delivery men 9did not attempt to take the headboard box upstairs for me so left in hall way

This is our 3rd purchase from this store. We were allowed to look round without being hassled. Mark and Stu were lovely and answered all our questions professionally. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend this store.

Overall a good experience
The process of buying the beds was well managed with knowledgeable sales staff.
There was a bit of a delay due to the headboards not being ready but the staff in the showroom found a work around and the beds were delivered timely
The communication was great throughout and we were kept updated at all times.
The loss of one star was for delivery. One room was small so the mattress was left in the landing. This meant it needed moving into the room once the base was assembled.
The headboards arrived about two weeks after the beds and were straight forward to fit.

Very good selection of beds and mattresses, Mark the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were able to test various styles and options and the mattress we chose had a good discount.
Completely the order was simple, the online form for the interest free credit was straightforward, everything was explained clearly and the delivery process suited our time frame.

We were more or less met at the door by Mark, who went over the combinations available and the pricing structure. He showed us a few different styles and invited us upstairs to see more and left us alone to decide.

Great Bed Store with Great Service
We bought an Ottoman bed and a mattress from the Stockton-on-tees branch. The service on the day was great, and a small after sales query was dealt with promptly by the staff in the store. We unfortunately needed to exchange the mattress under the 40 day guarantee as it did not suit us. Yet again the service was great. I highly recommend this bed store.
