Excellent professional service
From entering the Sunderland branch to lying on our new bed all the staff we dealt with were professional and helpful. We were kept informed of the progress of our order and updated with the delivery date and time right up to arrival of our order. Extremely happy with the service received and would not hesitate to use Bensons for Beds again.

Excellent service and the sleeppro anlaysis is amazing!
I went into Bensons for Beds after a recommendation from a friend. I now cannot recommend them enough. The service from Jo was excellent and she helped me find the right mattress for me after getting my sleep posture analysed with their sleeppro machine.

Went in initially to have a look ended up buying
Went in initially to have a look as my bed is getting a bit old and is not as comfortable as it once was.
Were seen by Marc, who certainly knows about beds, and tried lots of mattresses until we found the bed that was right for us.
Never felt rushed or pressured in any way.
Quite a pleasant experience overall.

I recently bought a bed and had a really positive experience. The sales assistant was friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout the process. The delivery team that delivered my bed frame was fantastic, I was a little dissatisfied as when I purchased the bed I was told I would also receive a mattress protector, when I didn’t receive this I called into the store to query why I hadn’t received it, it was at this point the gentleman that served me said this was offered with insurance, it absolutely wasn’t otherwise I wouldn’t of gone out of my way to call in to store to ask why I hadn’t received it. I just thought the sale was a little misleading and when thinking about purchasing more on the future I’ll probably go elsewhere.

Brilliant service at Bensons beds
We visited Benson Beds yesterday to look for a new bed, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Marc, the salesman, was absolutely excellent. He was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different mattresses and how they pair with each bed.
One of the highlights was when he invited us to lie on a mattress connected to a computer, which helped determine the best option for our comfort and support — such a clever and helpful feature.
Marc also guided us through the various headboard styles and colour options, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. We had only intended to browse, but thanks to his helpful and professional approach, we ended up purchasing a bed there and then.
Outstanding service from start to finish — we would highly recommend asking for Marc!

Delivery team were excellent and…
Delivery team were excellent and overall attitude very professional.
However, the headboard was not what we ordered which was due to the salesman at Dalton Park ordering goods incorrectly. This was sorted by Customer Services which was handled very professionally.
