We have been buying furnitures from Bensons for over 10 years now. Love their products and lasts a lifetime! Recently purchased bedroom furniture, we received excellent service and got a really good price for it all! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you once again :)

Great service concern over data protection - The service from Jo in the swindon…
The service from Jo in the swindon showroom was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
I am very pleased with both my ottoman bed and mattress.
Unfortunately I am unable to give 5 stars as my email address was used on another persons order in the Reading store for which I was sent and it contained another customers address etc.
I had asked for an explanation from Bensons for breaking the DPR but they failed to reply even with the CEO involved.
Therefore I am unable to recommend due to failings in data protection and communication.
