Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service, they left 3 super king size beds and mattress in living room for myself and my wife to carry upstairs. They said the delivery time is 2 pm but they actually delivered in the evening around 7pm.

At main store , Great service, friendly and extremely patient & helpful.
Some delivery issues easily resolved by the company but nothing that would prevent me from using Bensons in the future. Delivery services very good.

I was kept well informed of the progress of my order. The disposal of my old bed mattress and headboard was done efficiently. The delivery and construction of my new bed was courteous helpful and friendly, all packaging taken away, great service.

Consistent high quality service!
The showroom staff were on top of their game following our confused ramblings to determine the best option for us. The bed arrived one week later and was ‘built’ in our bedroom by extremely agreeable delivery men. A very similar experience each time e shop at Bensons.

Excellent experience in-store
Excellent experience in-store, bur poor after-sales. Bed was delivered without wheels. Two man delivery on 17/05/2026 was very rushed . They couldn’t get away quick enough. Poor customer service.
