Team Bensons
Service average but finance options helped choose Bensons for Beds!
Experience was okay - felt the customer service initially was not great.
We had to wait around for someone to talk to us, although there were others who came in later and got serviced straight away.
We did eventually get service, forgot his name, but he was nice.
The payment arrangement is the only thing that was niche to choosing Bensons for Beds! That really helped choosing with them.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear that the initial customer service didn’t meet expectations — waiting around while others are served first can be really frustrating, and we appreciate you highlighting it. I’m glad that once you were seen, the colleague who helped you was friendly and made the experience better. It’s also great to hear that our payment options helped make your decision easier. Thank you again for the honest feedback — it really helps us improve,
