I am pleasantly surprised... items delivered
I went into the Watford store and purchased a TV Bed I had seen online with a mattress. After placing my order, I don't know what compelled me to read the reviews for Benson for Beds. I was shocked, disappointed and left feeling very uneasy about whether I would receive my order on time. Hundreds of reviews informed me that delivery drivers turn up with damaged stock and half the items. I was not looking forward to my delivery. Come to delivery day, today, I was called by the delivery driver with a time slot. All items were delivered and all in good condition. Thank you Benson for Beds for showing up!!!
