From start to finish my experience with Bensons for Beds has been great, nothing to much trouble, delivery was a difficult one with loft conversion but this went really smooth, the delivery guys were really lovely and helpful, I would definitely recommend. The staff were very helpfull , i was taken round the shop in wolverhampton by jean , she she showed me all types of beds and matresses then lkindly helped me with what i was lokking for , i would definately reccommend this store

Delivery charges are disgusting
Sales Advisor was exceptional. I saw the product online on a buy one get one half price promotion however when I put items in basket the promo wasn’t working so I visited the store. The same promotion was on in store but the advisor confirmed that it was an error and that product wasn’t included in offer. He agreed to match the promotion due to inconvenience. I would’ve scored this 5 star but the delivery charges are a disgrace.

We went in need a mattress to take home that day, Rob was incredibly helpful in finding us one out the clearance sections.
From finding us a mattress to helping us load it into our van, he was amazing!
