We went to the Witney branch, and the assistant was very helpful (Hannah). She gave us space to try out the mattress, answered all our questions, and even gave our puppy a dog treat. She made the whole experience painless.

Very helpful advice on telephone beforehand and efficient service when we came to shop to make purchase.

Extremely helpful and attentive.

Helpful staff, nice bright shop and not overly crowded, well laid out to see the various options. Didn't actually plan to buy a bed that day but did in the end, plus a headboard.

Hannah made the shopping experience so easy. She was helpful, caring and understanding of my needs. An asset to the branch!

Hannah greeted me with a smile on her face and was both courteous and very polite on meeting me. She helped me without any problem, which is hard to find nowadays. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made my shopping experience a real pleasure. I would certainly shop here in the future.
