It was very easy to choose the right bed for us. The range on show in the showroom was incredible. The assistant explained the differences well, which made our decision easy.

We bought two king size Silent Night mattresses from Bensons for beds less than two years ago. Both had a five year guarantee. We are now in the process of replacing these mattresses as one dips in the middle and the other dips on one side. We requested replacement mattresses or a refund and were told no because we had moved house in August 2023 and the professional movers may have damaged the mattresses then thus invalidating the five year guarantee. The moral of the story is don’t buy from Bensons for beds as they don’t honour their guarantees.

Considering it was their last day trading the two members of staff were cheerful and helpful and I got a great deal on the units I purchased.

Lewis was great at the Lancing Lyons Farm department, a credit to Bensons. My arthritis prevented me from carrying the furniture on my own, but it was no problem for Lewis to put it in the boot of my car. Thank-you!

My order was from two different suppliers. Both suppliers provided an excellent service including furniture assembly. The furniture was of a superior quality and the gentlemen who delivered products were professional, courteous and informative. I was kept up to date at all times. I was very apprehensive about ordering from Bensons having read the reviews but they were the only company supplying exactly what I required. I can not fault them. Amazing service and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Expected the worst and got the best.
