We are very happy with the new mattress bought at the time of "Black Friday" deals. The quality is good and is exactly what we were looking for.
Certainly not impressed to see that the same item at the start of 2026 in the sales is over £200 cheaper! This has left us feeling disappointed with our purchase.

Purchase of a replacement mattress.e had previously purchased a new bed…
We had previously purchased a new bed and mattress and were very happy with the help and advice given. Therefore when we needed a new mattress for the spare room, we had no hesitation in going to Bensons to purchase this. The young lady Emma was more than helpful and was very informative and would recommend her and Bensons to anyone wanting a new bed.

Amazing customer service
Angel was incredibly helpful in helping me and my partner get the right mattress and was endlessly patient as we went through the entire store and still couldn’t decide. There was fantastic choice and she gave perfect advice and made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly smooth and even enjoyable! Very excited for the mattress to be delivered and wonderful customer service.

Large selection of beds and the sales assistant that dealt with us was not pushy at all. He allowed us to try all the beds we looked at and offered his advice on the beds we were looking at. Great price as well as they had 25% off.

Helpful staff, not pushy sales people
From shop to home everything went smoothly, kept informed when mattresses would arrive, called to advise when they would be coming on the day, old mattresses taken away, which was a major bonus especially on Christmas Eve. Delivery drivers very quick an professional.

Angel gets 5 stars
The young lady working there went out of her way to help, she was very attentive and supportive. And she would get 5 stars, however, The men were not good, on their phones, when I asked if we'd get it for Xmas, they were very negative. But Angel, I think she was called, sorted it all out and we left happy.
