I wish i can leave zero starts not 1.

Do not buy from this factory. I bought tablets for my shop- the last batch of 14 tablets were ALL DEFECTIVE with the same issue. Very clear that it was a manufacture issue. The seller requested that i send them back all at my cost which will be WELL OVER 150EUR for an 11kg box having to be trackable. This is after I paid over 400eur to ship them from china which she made clear that will not be refunded. Not Genuine AVOID

I was gifted a Pritom TRONPAD L8. The item is brand new but requires a code to unlock it. The pamphlet does not give a code and emails are unanswered. The card enclosed with it states that "customer satisfaction is our #1 priority "

Benton Technology is a dishonest and unprofessional chinese tablet device manufacturer.
The company is located in Shenzhen Longbi Industrial Zone district.

We ordered from them around 10 month ago a batch of 1000 devices that they failed to manufacture properly in the agreed 40days manufacturing time. Not only that, they refused to fix them, wasted our time and good intentions and refused to refund us while obligated under contract.
Avoid them, don't do business with them. They are at first nice when it comes to sales or if you meet them in any sourcing expo in Hong Kong, but after that in production working with them is a different matter.

In short, their behavior is borderline scam level:

-They changed the PCBs of the devices from the approved original samples without informing us. Producing 1000 units with slower devices than agreed on.

-We requested from them since day 1 that the devices should support staying on 24/7, they said yes, and produced devices that shutdown in a few days if left ON. Then said they didnt know about that core requirement, then that there was no problem, then finally that it couldnt be fixed.. then lately that it could be fixed (after 10month)

-They sent us 15 samples after production, 12 out of the 15 samples sent froze randomly. Overheated and slowed down. All have wrong battery calibration. They froze even without our own software on them.

-Their quality testing is bad, they once showed me by accident frozen devices in their tablet Aging Rooms that they thought were successful tests.

-They refused to acknowledge the problem since we reported it. Even after we visited them in their offices in Shenzhen. Always delaying.

-The company owner was rude he got upset and left a meeting, an engineer who joined another meeting was not interested in listening as he played with his phone, and the sales person with us was not honest avoiding to keep with us direct eye contact and always telling us that there is no problem, then that the problem is from us or our software, or changing her answers.

-They went ahead and printed without our approval low quality packaging for the devices with wrong colors and design alignments.

-They are still refusing to refund us, even though their device unit cost was at a premium compared to competitors, very unprofessional.

-They regularly ignore wechat messages and emails we send them.

I wont go into much more detail, but work with other tech tablet devices manufacturers and companies in Shenzhen.
We worked with others and got a much more better , faster results , products and business transactions.

Yes almost every other company we worked with was more professional and nicer and many cheaper.

We will not work with them again and this review is to save you from the problems we faced with them that were never fixed by them.
