Shane, Steve and the team were with us for several weeks replacing a large number of windows. They are a very skilled team of professionals and a super friendly bunch to have around the house. Any concerns were dealt with immediately and positively. They were absolutely focused on delivering the very best for the customer. I would highly recommend Benton & Saunders.

Great service with extensive bay window repairs done to an excellent standard.

We set the team a challenge to get a large amount of work done in a tight period - while we vacated the house for a week with a trip away.
They moved heaven and earth to change schedules to enable that to happen - and they made sacrifices (weekends, early mornings and late evenings) to get it done ahead of schedule before we returned.
They took our Covid concerns seriously and did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the work.

They offered the best new sash windows and for a reasonable price out of all the companies i contacted, they do things properly and to the standards of building regulations/ conservation (massive importance) and left us completely satisfied. Having now compared our new windows to two neighbours in our street who went with other companies, without a doubt Benton&Saunders were the best choice we made. The major difference visibly noted was the fitting of the windows and also the superior quality of the windows (ours were fitted to match the original style of the house - they knew how to and did not cut any corners, they gave us options without charging more and even recommended a decent brickwork service to alter the size of a kitchen window and install a new sill).
Shane and Steve are great to work with and I know without a doubt now that you will not be dissapointed. Trust is very important in the sash window business and Shane's patience + knowledge helped ease all our concerns. His communication with us from the beginning to the end was simply outstanding!
