Changed seats without agreement and had uncomfortable journey home. Late departure due to two coaches into one. What’s the point of paying for a designated seat if the service can’t be provided!
This used to be a brilliant way to travel but I’m beginning to rethink using the service in the future.
Management needs to look into what’s going on urgently.

Cancelled the coach at short notice on 2 separate occasions.
A company that is all about profit and not about providing a service.
Hugely disappointing.

Did a trip today and the first coach at least had aircon but was 40 mins late getting to London. The coach on the way back was ao hot and airless on a 30 deg day. I think there was aircon but it certainly did nothing to cool the coach down. Just way too hot!

Very slow … !

I have travelled on Berrys for over 25 years but something seems to have gone horribly wrong recently ! On my trip going there was no Wfi again and the driver because we were late threatened to stop to rest for 40 mins. And now going back we stopped for 20 mins because the air conditioning was not working. Then the driver thought he had lost some customers so we were 35 mins late. This also all happened last summer so clearly no lessons learnt. Finally there is now no refreshments on the coach or a possibility to pay in cash. I am really sad to say I will not be travelling on Berrys anymore !

We recently travelled with Berrys on a school trip to France. Kev, our driver, was friendly, kind, organised, reliable and professional which made our trip so much easier as we could rely on him completely. He always researched and planned our routes with us in advance and took us to wherever we wanted to go. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have just had kev for our bus driver going to France and back he was really great and just a really social guy I would really suggest him

Kevin is an absolute superstar made the school trip lively and exciting would much appreciate him:
1) getting a raise
2) making him the number 1 coach driver
3)give him a new top of the line coach

Brilliant experience would highly recommend for other people

We were transported to the wedding venue in nowra. The bus was bigger than we thought, the driver went above and beyond in taking us to the venue and back home to Berry. I cannot fault the service. I would have no hesitation in using Berry bus services again in the future or referring them to friends and family

I've used Berry's many time and always been good value. Went up to London today, boiling hot but utterly freebie air-conditioning and air directors. No charging sockets and no refreshments any more. Disappointing.

Recently went on a trip with Berry's Coaches to Legoland (Windsor), we had to travel from Devon to Wellington to meet the coach. The coach arrived on time and left promptly and even with the other stops we still arrived at Legoland at the correct time.

The driver (Kevin I think) was very friendly and professional.

What was great is that the trip included the Legoland Tickets in the price so all in all a very pleasant and good value day out we will definitely be traveling with Berry's again.

The coach was punctual, we were welcomed hospitable and although the ticket stated arrival in Hammerith 11.00 am we got there at 10.31.
Equally on the return trip everything went totally smoothly. Seats are comfortable, snacks and drinks are available and the staff are excellent. Had drivers Alan and Anthony and attendants Lily and Taylor and they were a delight. This is not my first trip by any means but this was extra special and for a very competitive price

Monday 3/3/25 - Booked on the Berrys London Superfast from Hammersmith to Bridgwater (7 pm departure from Hammersmith, one way). Fare a very reasonable £21 (booked earlier that day, too).
Very fortunate that there were very few other passengers (assuming this is because it was a Monday evening) but the host (Warren ?) was amazing. Reasonably priced cake and hot drink from the menu. Left bang on time. Arrived in Bridgwater (first stop) ahead of schedule. Brilliant experience.

I have a 2 point issue:
Firstly, what is the point in booking tickets with assigned seats if these aren’t adhered to? Poor kids were split from their parents and families if it weren’t for the kindness of strangers.
Secondly, £3 for a hot drink that is half full and of poor quality.
It feels a little bit sad that the quality of this service has gone downhill, especially since it used to be a no brainer over the train network, now we may be rethinking on returning to the service.

Berry's coaches does NOT accommodate for disabled passengers! The WiFi didn't work, the journey back from London was on a dirty coach (seats, sticky floor and rubbish on the floor). Not a good experience at all nor one I'd repeat or wish on others.

We utilised the Berry Bus coach hire on Saturday night for our daughter’s wedding in Berry. They were fantastic, friendly drivers, on time and good vehicles. We would use them again should the need arise and we highly recommend them.

I came from from London to Glastonbury, the coach driver Big Rich (I think this was his name) was absolutely full of kindness and care. It felt like travelling in a bubble of love... and the young man who sells snacks also so sweet. It is not the first time I encounter kindness in the staff with Berry's Coaches

We’ve just got home after a journey on the super fast from Hammersmith and wanted to say thank you, we travel regularly via yourselves but this was the best journey to date, Beth was most attentive courier we’ve ever had and Alan’s driving was amazing, coupled with a clear journey home this was a 10/10 experience

Have used Berrys Coaches several times over the last year, and it’s always been a reliable and pleasant journey. My most recent journey was driven by Big Rich, and he was very accommodating, friendly, and even took the time to ask if I wanted to be driven further down the road at the last stop - being the only female passenger left it was very reassuring that he would make sure I was safe when getting off late at night, and it speaks volumes about the quality of the staff’s training and their excellent customer service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The Berry's pick-up at Taunton, Hankridge Way is impossible to get to on public transport - No bus seems to stop anywhere near.
Why don't they use the King's Arms pub for both coaches?
