Hello. I went for the first time, I liked the friendly staff, comfortable seats for a long trip with children

Had to change date of travel, which was no problem and was dealt with straight away, great service and always use for journeys to London

I travel every week to London pand am always impressed by the quality of the drivers

Nice team, always helpful.

Always very helpful with customers from the telephone staff onwards. Always try to get us to our destination on time. Probably some of the toilets could do with a bit of attention.

On our return journey there was a lady travelling alone in a wheelchair. Andy made sure that she was served first, that she was warm enough and engaged in conversation with her.
He is a real credit to the company.

What can I say?? Except an amazing company for accessibility. From booking to travelling. The staff were all great, booking was easy, getting on and off the coaches was simple enough, securing my wheelchair was great too. The journey was so smooth and pleasant. Definitely be using them again for my travels and would highly recommend to anyone with accessibility or extra needs.
All you have to do is phone to book and let them know your requirements so they can ensure they put the correct vehicle on that trip for you. Well Done Berry's!!

Great service to london. Relaxing, efficient and value for money. Times were really good for a decent day in london.

The outward journey was very good but the return trip was not as booked, I was expecting the same type of coach with a downstairs seat with table and tea or coffee available. Unfortunately the return was just a normal coach and driver and the journey was not as comfortable. If I had been notified of the change in facilities I would have bought my own drink and snack.

It's a good service . food on bus could be better . And later bus on Saturday .
