Bert & May Opiniones

I haven’t had the sample yet so can’t review.
I was contacted to say one out of stock quickly so that was good communication.
I hope the stock problem will not deter me from placing an order in the future.

I received great follow up and service by Millie Shaw. Would recommend! :)

Very helpful advice. Also able to take tiles home to check colour match!

Great Service….beautiful colors…lots of options. Thank you so much.

Wonderful service and fabulous products - what more could you want? Mariana

Received my two sample tiles now looking forward to ordering and installing my new chosen tile

Always so helpful, quick to dispatch samples and follow up.

Product did not match description on website. Dimensions were completely incorrect.

Placing an order is great, staff respond quickly and answer questions promptly.
Waiting potentially 2 weeks for a delivery may have held up our timeline, however after an email exchange regarding this, our order has been speedily rescheduled to get to us on time - thank you.
Lots of reminders are sent if Bert & May are waiting on something which is helpful as I use them in a professional capacity.

The experience is always absolutely great! I just love to pop into the Chelsea showroom to get inspired for the new collections they have. Becky and Viki are always amazing, helping me before, during and after with everything I need for my interior projects. I recommend 100% Bert & May and the Chelsea showroom!

Following no show of my samples, the customer service team reacted quickly. Much appreciated, and more importantly, the quality of the tiles is next level!

Samples arrived promptly and very well packed. Beautiful tiles. Just have to decide which to buy..

Very helpful costumer service on 3 different occasions they were very helpful with lost parcels and quick response and great customer service I felt they really cared! I never leave reviews but I felt I should give them 5 stars 🌟

Claire was extremely communicative and helpful in making my purchase!

The entire team at Bert & May are amazing - i tiled two bathrooms with them just over a year ago and am now moving forward with another project with 3 bathrooms. They have been fantastic with ideas, the quality and design of the tiles is unique samples arrive quickly and 3D visuals are so helpful in planning the final designs. I cannot rate them more highly both online, in store and follow ups from both the founder and senior designer - thank you all

Gorgeous samples for gorgeous products. The samples are very useful in determining which tiles to go on and purchase but the samples are beautiful in their own right: Great follow-up too.

Great experience from start to finish. Becky is amazing! ⭐️
