Been using BES for over 10 years now. Nothing is ever a problem 10/10

We get all our Trade equipment for Domestic and Commercial and nearly all competitive prices. I have had to shop elsewhere for stuff we would use a lot of recently though. Everyone seems to be feeling the pinch.

Prices are good however delivery is slow and customer service is poor. I ordered a number of items that included 2-off 12mm pipe clamps. I then placed a 2nd order for 2 more clamps to finish my project. The clamps came in a different size. I reported back that I needed 2 clamps the same size as previous and sent photos of the difference. They claimed that the 2 clamps that were different were not supplied by them. Basically calling me a liar.

Megan took the time to listen to my needs, explain everything clearly, and guide me through every step of the process. Communication was excellent — I was kept updated throughout, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.

BES are a great company, I would like to draw attention to Beth Crickmore who works in sales. Beth is super knowledgeable about all the products BES sell and she always try’s her best to help out. She really is a credit to the company.

I had the pleasure of receiving help from Beth Crickmore today with an urgent quote. She was incredibly patient and helpful, which made my experience with BES excellent. I contacted BES yesterday for a quote for an urgent item needed today, as quick as a flash Beth replied with quote & Lead Time.
PO raised and submitted and another email from Beth confirmed items would be despatched for next day delivery.

Very helpful, needed copy invoices Beth emailed them straight over.

Beth Crickmore was extremely helpful and efficient. I requested an invoice based on limited information that I had but it was no issue with Beth emailing me by return the correct invoice.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the staff in customer service. I purchased a press tool which unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations, I emailed BES who contacted the merchant and arranged a return instantly.
They recommended a replacement unit which I received within 12 hrs, at the same time they arranged the collection of the other unit which is being collected from my home on Monday coming.
The recommended unit is fabulous absolutely chuffed with advice given.
Fantastic service - keep it up

Tracy at BES- Was fabulous. when our delivery had not arrived she chased it up and got all the info we needed to find our product. I can't recommend her enough she reassured me and made me feel that as a customer I was getting the best service.

Very efficient - goods perfect as described, good quality, delivered efficiently on a date to choice, and on time.
