Had a fault on my chair - called up was resolved pretty quickly. New part direct from the manufacturer. No fuss

I bought two office chairs for a control room and even though they were well over the warranty period, Bestbuy Office chairs contacted the manufacture of the chairs to arrange a new back to one of the chairs when it became faulty

Ordered some sample materials before I made the choice of the furniture. Samples delivered speedily. Made the order and delivered ahead of time.

Initially bought a desk for my home office (hybrid working). Desk is strong and very good quality. Have just bought a chair. Slight problem with the arm screw setting on one side but with a bit of jiggling worked well. Super comfortable. Wish I had got this sooner! Call support who took my order for the chair online was fantastic. Thank you. Will recommend/buy again.

I bought an office chair 15 months ago from bestbuy. It was bought for its style, and 8 hour a day use quality.

Despite only being used a couple of hours a week it developed an issue with the gas lift after a few months use; and then started leaning to the right hand side.
As usual, the issue was intermittent and only really became a worry several months down the line.

Eventually I realised I had to contact them to look for assistance. They couldn’t have offered better service. Responded to my email within a hour and contacted the manufacturer for advice despite it being out of warranty. The supplier suggested a complete replacement of the base; legs, gas lift & castors. Then 2 days later the new base arrived at my door!

I am astounded, and SO grateful for the seamless service. I’ve already told most of my family and friends to buy from this fantastic family company.

We will definitely be back!

James the sales man was extremely helpful and when a minor problem occurred with the bolts on the chair we purchased he had it resolved in 24 hours.The item purchased is of great quality and we are very pleased with it

My Aero leather visitor chair arrived on the morning of the next day, ready assembled, as promised. It was delivered by a very kind and helpful courier. It is extremely comfortable and exactly what I need for working at home after an operation. The whole process was smooth and worry-free, again exactly what I needed.

I bought a Melbourne cream leather office chair for my home office. I had trouble sourcing this colour from other suppliers but Best Buy had a great selection at excellent prices. The customer service response was always immediate and friendly. My chair arrived within a few days, fully assembled (a service I would definitely recommend!) I'm delighted with the chair and would recommend Best Buy for their prompt and excellent service.

Exec office chairs delivered today and are absolutely lovely, sleek and also comfy. The back tilt and height adjuster are really easy to use and make my back feel totally supported. The man who delivered them did it alone, two big boxes, in the bleakest of weather but nonetheless was very friendly and efficient, with good social skills. Can't speak highly enough of their service.

The chairs are good quality and the support from Best Buy was excellent. It is only 4 stars because when it came to the delivery date only 2/3rds of the chairs were availabke in stock (the remainder were delivered about a month later ) and a pack of nuts was missing from one of the chairs.
But, on the positive side, the missing nuts were dispatched immediately for next day delivery.
I would definitely recommend using this company
