As a trial (I've got poor taste buds) I tried the the Strong Beer box. Could I taste much? Not really until I came to the Coach House Blueberry Classic Bitter. So my answer is to go for strong tasters rather than strong "strengths" which would include stuff like Titanic Plum porter. Perhaps you should do a box like this - I'll test it for you. Or I could try the Super Strong Box. P&P very good.

DHL lost my package (Beer for Year) and told me they didn't know why or how but that I should probably contact Best of British Beer to see what they wanted to do. Thanks DHL! Best of British Beer were brilliant - a very swift response and immediate replacement on its way, with some complimentary snacks included.

I ordered a 3 month cider subscription for my dad's birthday in April and I can't express how pleased I am with the product and with the service! Very reasonable prices and even though there were a couple of hiccups, everything was dealt with professionally and swiftly to rectify them. When you call you get put through to one of the lovely members of the team, no automated messages or outsourced call centres! My dad thinks this is a wonderful idea and had never heard of any of the 18 Ciders he received, which was great as it meant he got to try all new ones. I will definitely use Best of British Beers again and recommend them to anyone who has an interest in cider, beer and/or lager :)

Unfortunately part of my order arrived damaged in transit, with one bottle broken on delivery. However, the customer service from Best of British Beer was excellent throughout.

They responded quickly, kept me updated, and replaced the damaged bottle and also included a small extra gesture as a thank you, which was really appreciated.

Although the issue was caused during delivery, the way it was handled was faultless and very professional from start to finish.

I’d happily order again and would recommend them based on how well they dealt with the problem.

The selection of ciders and beers in he packs we ordered were very varied - nice that they are all British breweries and not ones you'd typically find in a supermarket.

First time ordering from Best of British Beer. Am very pleased with the selection of beers I received. Ordering process was straightforward and the box of beers arrived within the stated delivery time. May need to order the stout and porter selection next!

Fourth order from BoB beer and fantastic beers as always. Have tried different selections and this time went for a case of 15 Real Ales.
Got guests from France coming over and want to show them that we can create beer just as excellent as they can. I am sure they will be impressed.
Highly reccomended company. I have used other on line beer conpanies and this one matches my taste in beers best.

A great range of great beers. It is easy to find what you want, simple and easy to order, and to arrange home delivery. Altogether a great team to deal with.

What a fantastic company this is for a beer lover. I like dark beers and have just received my fourth order which, like the previous ones, was quick and without issue. The beer choice is amazing, a real variety with several I've never seen before (and I'm always looking) and not at stupid prices.

I've got a gift voucher for Best of British Beer and cant even log onto their website. Not much of a customer experience here. Best to avoid imo

After a frustrating few days dealing with John Lewis customer service (in South Africa, aarrggghh), Virgin Media (in India, grrrrr) and DHL (Germany), it was a pleasure having my first order with Best of British Beer (a birthday gift for an old friend), having been refused (really?...in reality dropped and smashed by DHL!) completely sorted by BoBB's customer service lady Cheryl who dealt with everything and resent a new selection. This still arrived in good time and my beer aficianado friend was most impressed with the selection. Thank you BoBB, I'm very happy and your customer service was excellent and a breath of fresh air.

Ordered on Thursday for a Saturday delivery ( paid extra ) even after joining up and promised a discount for first buy , still charged full price ???
Delivery never arrived, phoned and emailed, still no reply by Monday lunchtime, so emailed again , eventually told that DHL must have damaged it , still waiting on a refund , absolute disgrace ,

Very good selection of beers there was a few I was not keen on but it is what it is.I am really looking forward to trying the ciders that ordered.

Got a delivery of beers and when i received, the box was soaking and a can had burst. This was due to inadaquate packaging.
Not what you want as a gift.
Very bad company who dont give a damn abouthow they ship their products.

Delivery arrived promptly just 2 days after ordering. Well pleased with the interesting selection of British Beer and Cider ~ all brews have not tasted before.
Larder now stocked in readiness for the arrival of son and daughter in-law who live in France. The last box of Tynt Meadow Trappist Ale I ordered prior to their Chrismas visit was very well received. So looking forward to enjoying some tastings of this new selection.

Good choice of beers at a decent price - covering beers for all around the UK. Great to see some new breweries in there as well. Case arrived on time.

What could be better?

Fast delivery, great quality of products, friendly staff

Second time of ordering from bobb as I was very happy with the first time order. Accidentally placed the wrong items on my order and had to send a support email. This order was promptly cancelled for me. When the items from my intended order arrive one real ale box and one dark beers box the boxes were perfectly intact and well packed exactly as described. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.
