A significant number of illegal betting websites with potential fraud risks appear to be using this infrastructure, which may result in highly negative experiences for players. I would like to understand whether the company exercises any selectivity or conducts any due diligence when accepting clients.
I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Betconstruct. Their technical and integration teams are extremely slow and unresponsive — it took over 1 to 2 months (sometimes more) just to get basic integration tasks done. Communication is poor, deadlines are ignored, and progress drags with no sense of urgency.
To make matters worse, upper management doesn’t seem to care at all. Issues are escalated but never resolved, and there's zero accountability. It feels like you're left in the dark, chasing them constantly just to get anything moving.
This has been a frustrating and costly experience. If you value your time, resources, and sanity, look elsewhere for a partner. Betconstruct is unreliable and unprofessional.
I contacted Betconstruct about a site called Betx101.
They confirmed that betx101 is using their software.
I then proceeded to inform them about the fake license they operate with and the thousands this site has stolen from me and others.
They didn't care. They just told me to contact the customer service on betx101.
3 months of contacting customer service on betx101 leading to nothing but ignored messages is why I spent time finding out what software they use. Betconstruct. That is the only reason I reached out to Betconstruct to let them know their software is being used to steal money from people.
Betconstruct shouldn't have any licenses after confirming betx101 is theirs and accepting them scamming customers.
Elnaz Rohandeh seemingly didn't care that Betconstructs software is being used for stealing.
Bet2u2 is another scam site by Betconstruct.
2 scam sites just isn't a coincidence and they are willing to work with criminals. Its mindblowing they have MGA, Belgian, Swedish and other licenses when this fact is displayed.
They have very poor support. They do nothing to fix problems on their side. For more than 2 moth they just fix 301 redirect. It's rally disgusting
It allows money laundering by providing infrastructure support to unlicensed casino sites. All activities of this company should be reviewed.
