Betiton Opiniones

Pure shite. Back again !! 50 quid bet needed for a 20 free bet. Met all requirements and not free bet.

The welcome bonus is total rubbish so iv tried to withdraw my money back . Even this is a headache . No reply as yet just a message saying they may need to verify my account . Whatever just do what you need to do and hand back my cash. Up there with the worst iv used basically a scam site that just wants your money for nothing

Don't honour their free bets. Customer service is abysmal. Been on live chat 3 times and took nearly an hour to reply. By the time I'd seen their reply they close the chat. Don't want to help at all.

Dont use, they will take your deposit, you will win and then they will never pay out, they just send an email everyday asking for details to pay to, you send them then they never acknowledge and you have the same email every day.

Unsure why after losing thousands of pounds I've never ever had a win or bonus round or anything near a fair "random number generated outcome" I've asked the gambling commission to review their game outcomes as I've been playing for over a year and nothing to date and other colleagues and acquaintances have never won anything. It's seem strange or just coincidental that the "random number generator" have failed to shine on them too?!

If I could give zero I really would been waiting 8 days for a pending payment can’t get anywhere talking to there live chat because it’s like talking to automated messages there no help just saying there’s a delay but a delay isn’t 8 days

I deposited £40 which was taken out of my bank but not put into my account, I’ve spoken a couple of times to live chat, the last person cutting me off before I’d finished explaining and asking questions . I’ve been told it’s going to be looked at, not good enough, my money was taken so I either want it put back into my bank or on my balance. Not good enough and I feel as though I’ve been ripped off, will probably never see that money again. Avoid

AVOID!!

I tried to verify my identity as I withdrew my winnings and they keep declining everything I have sent in. I've sent driving license, passport, bank statement and utility bill.
It seems reading the reviews that they do anything they can to not pay winnings.
I am now taking this further and will be in contact with gambling commission foo.

YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK!!!! There is now way to win on your sites and if we do it is only PENNIES. DISGUSTING!!!

As with ALL online casinos, total fix. Do not waste your money. Would you trust a digital gambling platform? If one can't watch an actual, physical ball on a roulette wheel - don't bother!

Absolutely horrific experience. Love to take your money, then try to withhold free bets which had been used to entice you to sign up in the first place.

Trying to get your money out from Fort Knox would be easier, I can get a loan, mortgage and bank account with less identification than with this shower of chancers ask for INCLUDING a selfie with your ID.

They actually charge you to credit your account with your own money.

The layout of the website is amateurish.

If I could give it negative I would, the worst betting website experience I’ve had, the government should be taking action with these offshore companies.

Avoid ! These are scammers. Charge you extra for deposit and they don't pay the withdrawal.

Decent enough & enjoyable experience. Good customer support via Live chat and email. Withdrawal took one working day, though this time frame was advised. One star removed due to deposit fee and small fee per spin on the slots but imagine these are outside of the company's control, good selection of casino games

Doesn't even deserve one star. From constant and annoying auto-logouts, sometimes occurring in 15 minutes or less, even when actively engaged on the site, to painfully slow in-play bet processing times that consistently result in valid bets being rejected, this platform seems designed to test the patience of even the most resilient bettors.
Furthermore, users are subjected to a small fee upon depositing money, which I can kind of understand. However, why choose such a horrible bookie when there are plenty of decent ones that don't charge fees

Absolute scam, I joined yesterday depositing £15 to get my free £10 bet. The free bet never appeared, the online chat was no help whatsoever, just politely giving me the runaround. Beware, do no sign up.

Never really had any issues with this site soon as I have a decent win they hold back my money asked me to send documents 4 Times.(Christmas time may have a part to play in this) Although this is frustrating I do have faith they will sort out the issue at hand

Won't release my money, asking for 'proof of closure document' from bank for old bank cards that I lost and they kept on my account. The bank says they don't provide this letter . Betiton have confiscated my funds for the last 2 weeks now, unable to use or withdraw. Also they don't provide the free bets they say they would when you bet £10. Avoid, it's clearly a scam.

Edit- the bank have now provided said letter, betiton have had this for 2 days and still haven't paid

Do not go near this site they have you off in every way possible! I had £20 on number 26 with x200 on it should have won 4000 and they paid me £600 and fobbed me off by saying I didn’t enable a certain thing, stay clear away of it they will just rob your money
