Ordered a gift for a friend who was moving. Places the order in the 5th June, recieved an email on the 7th june that the order had been shipped but by 17th June, still no sign of the order. I reached out to customer service who said they'll sent me another one but couldn't guarantee when I would receive it. I was really disappointed and opted for a refund.

Delivery was quick and had no issues there but the quality isn't great. The pendant on the claddagh necklace is lovely but the necklace itself is very poor quality. It feels awful and like it'll snap for no reasons

I ordered twice from here to my brother who is based in Dublin, where their offices also seem to be - despite this, both times had extremely long delivery times (14+ days)

The first time I assumed it was a one off, no biggie. But the second time it happened again + this time, the earrings also arrived with bent poles. When following up via email for the deliveries - the tone is not very nice either.

I won't be a customer again.

Jewellery didn’t arrive initially after 2 weeks. I get the impression it was never shipped. Followed up an email and it arrived today. Really disappointed with the quality, very cheap looking, similar to shein /temu.
Would get far nicer in a small jewellery/killkenny/newbridge type shop for the same price.Would not recommend or buy again.

Poor communication. Took them 12 days to actually ship the item. The item was cheap plastic and I have no doubt it will break.

Ordered feather charm. Way bigger than described on website. Their fault wrong size on website. Looks cheap. No satisfaction with customer care. Sent so many emails and every one of them ignored. Worst customer care I have ever dealt with. Won't be ordering again.

I had ordered a piece from them as a Christmas present early December for EU delivery. Which never arrived. I was promised it would be resent via registered post but they then changed their mind and sent as standard post. In the end I never received either parcel with the jewelry.

Eventually after a lot back and forth, I was offered a refund minus the shipping and taxes.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Betty and Biddy if the shipping address is outside of Ireland. Instead I ordered the exact same piece from Skellig Gift Store in Kerry which provided tracked shipping and better support with the order.

My piece of advice to the Betty and Biddy would be to use a tracked shipping service when sending the jewelry abroad.

I ordered my earrings 8th of Jan and 2 weeks after my parcel has not arrived, they have charged the money though and no tracking link has Been received except “order confirmed”. After one week I wrote them and they let me know my parcel was on the Way and would be at me end of week. End of week was 4 days ago and still no parcel. Don’t buy from this place.

Jewellery is on par with what you would get off shein. I bought small hoop earrings and they are identical to the €2 pair I got from shein. Spent €40 on earrings and a ring could have got on sheim for €5

So cheap looking.. very shiny gold looks and feels like plastic. Couldn't give as christmas presents. On par with pennys just alot more expensive

recently bought a necklace with an irish saying on it for my irish teacher in school, was worried after purchasing as i read some negative reviews on here, but necklace showed with no problem, ordered thursday, 12th arrived monday 16th.

Items have eventually turned up after a long wait. Items ordered are okay but not the best quality for the price, customer service is absolutely awful. Caught them out lying and just got ignored through emails and no telephone number.

Ordered two chains in two separate orders, both arrived super quick. Nice quality. They also sent two free sets of earrings which was a really nice little surprise. I emailed because I originally thought the earrings were a mistake and they were super quick to respond and explain that they were a gift added to all orders this week. Very good experience, good pricing, super fast delivery and responsive and quick customer service.

So cheap , looks like it’s off shein not worth the money at all so disappointed. Bought a couple of pieces as Christmas presents and I’m Embarrassed them

Beautiful costume jewellery, excellently priced and absolutely incredible customer service. Fabulous gift ideas.
Would definitely purchase from Betty and Biddy again and would certainly recommend to others.

Ordered on 26/11; took my order and no word since. Looks like items not even dispatched.

Ordered on 22nd November for a gift on 1st December. Still waiting on it and it’s now 2nd December. I got one response promising me it would arrive today and still nothing. I’ve had to go and purchase an alternative birthday present!! Really expected a much faster delivery service as it states on their website that they are based in Ireland!
