Product never received

I ordered my product over a week ago and payed £8.49 in postage but have not received my product and no notification to say it has been dispatched.
Avoid and don't waste your money.

Since moving to BF Mulholland the…

Since moving to BF Mulholland the experience compared to my previous supplier is night and day.
The knowledge is second to none and the product range is much broader.
The service is friendly and quick (no more talking to call centers who don't know what they are doing).
overall a brilliant company who have their priorities right.

Great online dental retailer

I’ve been ordering from BF Mulholland for the past 12 years. Their online shop is very convenient to order from with a user friendly interface, large selection and quick delivery. Overall I find their customer service excellent and would recommend this supplier to colleagues.

As discussed when we spoke, free delivery is available on orders that meet a qualifying order value. Unfortunately, in this case, the order total fell below that threshold, which is why a delivery charge was applied.

We want to be clear that delivery costs are never hidden. Our checkout process provides multiple opportunities to review delivery charges before payment is made and the order is confirmed. That said, your feedback has been taken on board, and we’re actively reviewing our messaging to ensure it’s as clear and transparent as possible from the outset.

Not as described

Bought a Philips Sonicare 5300 via their website, which explicitly states travel case, however when it arrived, no travel case supplied, not even the packaging has a space for one. Time limited purchase as I was due to travel, and I did drop them an email last night to query, but they haven't responded today, hence this review. Happy to review the review if the issue is resolved.

Just had an update to my review. They claim they contacted me to resolve....they didnt.
