Excellent quality, arrived in time.

We had a welcome board made for our Granddaughters First Holy Communion and we couldn't be happier with it. There was a good selection to choose from and unlike other sites I tried there is also a selection of sizes which meant we got there perfect one. The quality and clarity of the sign is excellent and the service and delivery prompt. I would highly recommend Big Day Signs for any event.

Ordered in Nov. Got message that it went to production on 6th December. But still not arrived. Took 3 emails 3 calls 1 voice message and a WhatsApp to get a response. Very disappointed as it was to be a Christmas gift for a child.

Still waiting to receive it & ordered it back on the 25th November.

Super service honestly emailed with a special request and was so accommodating

I ordered last minute and asked if they could rush the order and it arrived on time for the First Day of School. I was so thrilled as were the kiddies getting their photo taken.

Ordered a wedding sign, was not delivered until the Wedding Day after the church ceremony

Delivery took 13 working day when it is advertised as 7 days and company would not respond to emails or calls in relation to tracking. Received an email the day after ordering to say my sign had gone into production but nothing at all after that. When I eventually got a response a full week after it should’ve been delivered, the company said they were working off the date on the sign and not the dates that orders were made which is ridiculous. I was under pressure organising a hen party and needed the sign for travelling abroad hence why I placed the order so early in advance. I emailed twice and rang numerous times and was left in limbo. Won’t be using this company again as the stress of not knowing when delivery would be made or if the product had even been processed wasn’t worth it. I cannot fault the product at all, it came as advertised and very good quality but the customer service was terrible and being unable to track my order which I needed well before the date on the sign is where my issue lies.
