Run away from this game as fast as you can. They have now taken up, stealing coins. I spent many days and billions of coins building up towards jackpots, and then suddenly the buildup gets wiped out. They claim it doesn’t matter, but after playing the game for several years, it certainly does. It’s a fun game, but when they start stealing from you, it’s time to move on. I am going to report them to the BBB.

They banned my account full of games for no reason. Crappy business. Stay as far away as you can from this people.

I have been with BFG since 2005 and have bought hundreds of games. Only about 20 of them play!! I also bought games off of GameHouse, and every game I bought there works great. I will play the few games that still play but I am thru with BFG!!! BFG sucks!!! I had to give 1 star, would have preferred 0 stars!!!!!

Very sorry to have heard what has gone down with BFG. They once.Had been Kingpin.In the HO/interactive gaming world for 20 years since 2008 against Steam, Gamehouse, and iWin. But I guess nothing lasts forever. Was a proud paying member since 2010. Buying GREAT CE and standard editions, supporting their high tech world class graphics, like Haunted Houdini and Mystery Case Files. But then they sold AGAIN -for 2026. With merging changes. The game manager barely installing... Games no longer opening. Said support not responding or ghosting.
Were fun while they lasted.

Der Big Fish Manager akzeptiert willkürlich das richtige Passwort nicht,Spiele können nicht mehr aktiviert werden. Support rät nur zur Deinstallation und ist keine echte Hilfe. Wozu dort noch Spiele kaufen, wenn Käufe somit ungültig werden? Man kann ohne den Client Spiele nicht runterladen oder spielen. Geht gar nicht. Das muss technisch behoben werden.

They won't improve because they aren't interested. I was a member for MANY years and stopped as frankly there just weren't any more games worth playing. Unless you purchase at least 1 games a month the membership isn't a good value. The games they usually hawk are HOP adventure. Not to everybody's liking. This is an international company so I am sure they make a nice dollar, yet try to get game help. Forget it. And once a month, at least, I have to uninstall and reinstall the Game Manager because it doesn't function. Now they stopped customers from leaving reviews unless you actually purchase the game. Which makes no sense because they do permit a trial download of 25 minutes before purchase so you get a fair idea before actual purchase. I guess they don't want customer feedback. And don't look for game play help. There are a few guides, but mostly I've had to get assistance online from other sites.

What went wrong THIS TIME????????? So the grubby money grabbing hierarchy at bfg have once again decided profit before customers and changed their 'help' desk options...twice now I have lost money because of their total lack of REAL support. How are they allowed to continuously rip off customers to fill their pockets. I'm not sure how yet, BUT I am going to make these scammers pay and be accountable for the apparently legal theft they are perpertrating.

In the middle of a trial game to see if I wanted to purchase it, it ended well before the posted 60 minute trial time. If they can't even honour the trial time why would I want to buy anything, what other problems would pop up?

This platform used to be good but something happened and it's gone downhill. Not worth spending money.

I am unable to access any of the many games I purchased. I can log into my account but when I attempt to download my games, I get a message that my attempt failed and to contact customer service. Which is totally useless because these clueless people don't even understand the problem, let alone provide any resolution. Do NOT buy games here. There are so many other reputable sites. I have never encountered this idiocy anywhere else.

Do not buy games from Bigfish games. They do not provide any technical support especially when operating systems are updated. And you have wasted your money on games that don’t work

Total Scam do not play or pay into this game let it close down as they steal money, they play on gambling addiction, go to a real online casino you will win more, its no different to paying someone like big fish only you win real money, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME

Ich habe immer sehr gerne bei Bigfish Games die Spiele gespielt. Nun habe ich einen neuen PC und habe mir nach Ewigkeiten mal wieder den Bigfish Game Manager heruntergeladen wo ich auch Spiele gekauft hatte und die ich nach langer Zeit mal wieder gerne spielen wollte.

Jedoch kann man irgendwie keine Spiele mehr downloaden, geschweige denn noch starten und spielen. Macht so keinen Spaß mehr so das der ganze Mist wieder deinstalliert wird. Gibt ja zum Glück noch Zylom wo alle Spiele reibungslos funktionieren und man garantierten Spielspaß hat :D Nur leider hat Zylom einige Spiele, die Bigfish hat nicht und das ärgert einem dann doch schon.

In recent years, Big Fish has gone downhill, rapidly. Some games are for very young children, & should be listed as such. Adults want good games - FOR ADULTS. Many games have glitches. Obviously, the site does not test games. A Collector's Edition costs over twice the price of a Standard Edition. Gamers used to get a lot more for the extra price. Nowadays, a lot of C.E. games don't even have a strategy guide, never mind extra levels, or collectables. Don't recommend the site.

I am writing this to warn other Australians about the predatory billing practices used by Big Fish Games. I was billed monthly for nearly a decade for a game I have not played since 2015.
Big Fish Games makes cancellation nearly impossible. Once you lose access to the legacy login credentials or an old email address from a decade ago, there is no reasonably accessible way to stop the automated billing. Their system locks you into a model where you can never leave.
Most alarmingly, I attempted to stop these charges by updating my cards, but Big Fish followed and continued to make withdrawals without my consent. The only way to stop is to either tell your bank or kill your bank account altogether. After years of unauthroised charges draining my hard-earned wages, I was left with no choice but to permanently close my entire bank account to sever the connection.
This is unconscionable conduct that targets vulnerable users.
For other victims: There is currently a class action being undertaken by William Roberts Lawyers for the Social Casino apps. If you played those apps from 2017 to 2024 while living in Australia, I strongly suggest you register. I have also suggested to the firm that they do one for subscription members, too.
If you are a new user: stay away. They are scammers. Once they have your billing details, they will not let go.

I have been a member of bigfishgames for several years. 4 months ago they updated to a new game manager and I have been unable to download the manager for use on my mac.

One problem, 6 incident #s, 6 contact names, 5 months with zero problem solving

I have been waiting over 5 months and still no fix, reponse to each contact is to close my case #, every time I ask another question about the case they respond that the case is closed.

Since it has been over 5 months, I would like to be reimbursed for the games I purchased just days before the big update, took my entire system down.

I would be happy to speak with someone that can “fix” this problem on your end.

Such a disappointment, looks like you are no longer serving you clients using mac,
a lot of complaints with TrustPilot about the same issue

Meinen aktiven Account lasse ich durch laufen bzw. die Abbuchungen, in der Hoffnung, es gibt tatsächlich noch mal Spiele in deutsch wo es sich definitiv lohnt, diese zu kaufen, was bis dato aber relativ sehr schwierig ist bzw. ob es sich tatsächlich lohnt !!
Die wenigen tollen die ich ergattern konnte bei WBS sind auch schon paar Jahre alt.
Warum musstet Ihr denn damals unbedingt nen Zusammenschluss mit der Hauptzentrale machen ??

Das was jetzt nach der Reunion in deutsch raus kommt ist bis auf sehr sehr sehr wenigen Ausnahmen absoluter Müll, nicht nur in Sachen Grafik - grade bei meinem Hauptfavoriten WBS ist es "das absolute Anfangsstadium" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nehmen wir mal "Mystery Trackers" - Nach "Das Geheimnis von Watch Hill" war Ende in deutsch, wobei eigentlich schon eher, da n paar englische erst gar nicht übersetzt wurden !!

Das was nun weit nach der Reunion in deutsch rauskommt ist einfach nur lächerlich !!

Kommt endlich mal aus den Puschen und übersetzt Sachen die wirklich toll sind, anstatt nur so ein Billigschrott

seitdem der game manager aktualisiert wurde kann ich meine über 150 gekauften spiele nicht mehr aktiviren.kann mich mit meiner e mail adresse und passwort nicht mehr anmelden.versuche jetzt seit monaten hilfe zu bekommen.doch seitdem dieser laden nicht mehr deutsch ist warte ich vergeblich auf den deutschsprachigen kollegen der mir weiter hilft.leider vergeblich

Probably the worst gaming experience money can buy. The game is glitchy, the odds are worse than real online casinos, and the gameplay is predictable. The slot game should appear random, but if you play long enough you can tell it’s timed. You will start winning and during the streak you can move to any slot and win, but after a few minutes you will start losing- spinning zero every spin- and this occurs on any slot or seat you go into. About an hour later, the cycle repeats. You also win on the last spin a lot, but never at the bet level you were betting. This is designed to make you buy in order to be able to spin again. It’s really become a horrible experience. I’ve played for a long time and used to enjoy it. Recently, I totaled what I have spent in the last 3 months and I didn’t realize how much money I was spending on this game, but in 3 months I spent about $400, spending $1.99 or $4.99 at a time. It’s very easy to lose track of spending because it seems inexpensive in the moment. That said, that’s way too much money to spend and still leave the game feeling frustrated and exploited after every session of play. Payouts are terrible now and the promos are a scam. You never win with the “free chips”. You will lose it all even if you save billions of chips. They have in game promos and those are scams too. I’ve been playing this game for about 10 years and I’ve hit the promo wheel (volt wheel) once in 10 years! The customer service is nonexistent now. They won’t help solve any issues. The game is also full of bots and the chats can be vulgar and occasionally racist. Nothing is ever done about it. The company is parasitic and actively harms people. I hope that eventually they are regulated like a real casino so that people aren’t spending money on a game that is programmed to not pay out a percentage. Game has become increasingly unplayable and I wouldn’t recommend.
